Before You Cook

Prepare The Ingredients
Peel, trim, and cut carrot into ¼" slices on an angle.
Cut each potato into six to eight wedges.
Combine ground turkey, panko, and garlic salt in a bowl.
Divide turkey mixture into twelve evenly-sized meatballs, about the size of golf balls.
Start The Meal
In a clean slow cooker, combine carrots, potatoes, worcestershire sauce, stroganoff saue and a pinch of salt and pepper. Top with meatballs.
Turn slow cooker on to high heat. Cover, and cook until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4 hours.
Make a slurry, Slowly add to slow cooker and stir to combine.
Make The Sauce and Finish The Dish
In bowl, add cranberry sauce and 3 tablespoons of water until completely combined.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with chives. Bon appétit!
