Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Slightly crush pineapple. Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Tear a small slit in an upper corner of bag to vent. Place upright in microwave and heat, 45 seconds. Remove rice from packaging. In one section of provided tray, combine rice, half the coconut (reserve remaining for garnish), pineapple, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Drain chicken and pat dry. In empty section of tray, combine chicken, edamame, and seasoning blend. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until heated through, 3-4 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir sweet chili sauce into chicken section of tray. To serve, top rice with chicken and garnish with remaining coconut. Bon appétit!

Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Slightly crush pineapple. Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps.
