Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Customize It Instructions

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

If using steak strips, pat dry, coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Stir occasionally until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

1 Prepare the Green Onions
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.

2 Cook the Turkey and Vegetables
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add ground turkey, diced peppers, white portions of green onions, ginger, and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes.
While turkey cooks, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Slaw
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Add 2 tsp. olive oil and let heat, 1 minute.
Add slaw mix and a pinch of salt and pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until slaw is tender and slightly browned, 4-6 minutes.Remove from burner. Stir in sambal (to taste), soy sauce, and sesame oil. -
4 Add Sauce and Finish Dish
Add stir fry sauce and 2 Tbsp. water to hot pan with turkey. Stir occasionally until sauce thickens and coats turkey mixture, 30-60 seconds.
Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping slaw mixture with turkey mixture and garnishing with wonton strips and green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
