    Microwave Instructions

Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain brisket and separate slices.

Using hands, break broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Divide broccoli and 2 tsp. water evenly between both sections of provided tray.

Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until bright green, 2-3 minutes.

Carefully remove from microwave. Combine broccoli into one section and stir in sesame oil, half the soy sauce (reserve remaining for brisket), and a pinch of salt.

Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Tear a small slit in an upper corner of bag to vent. Place upright in microwave and heat, 45 seconds.

Remove rice from packaging and place in now-empty section of tray. Stir in miso and 2 Tbsp. water. Transfer broccoli from other section to top rice.

Combine brisket, BBQ sauce, mirin, Sriracha (to taste), and remaining soy sauce in now-empty section.

Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until heated through and broccoli is tender, 2-3 minutes.

Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir brisket until coated.

To serve, top rice with brisket and broccoli. Garnish with sesame seeds. Bon appétit!

    Oven Instructions

Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain brisket and separate slices.

Using hands, break broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Divide broccoli and 2 tsp. water evenly between both sections of provided tray.

Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered in hot oven until bright green, 10-12 minutes.

While broccoli bakes, carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Tear a small slit in an upper corner of bag to vent. Place upright in microwave and heat, 45 seconds.

Carefully remove tray from oven. Combine broccoli into one section of tray and stir in sesame oil, half the soy sauce (reserve remaining for brisket), and a pinch of salt.

Remove rice from packaging. Place rice in now-empty section of tray. Stir in miso and 2 Tbsp. water. Transfer broccoli from other section to top rice.

Combine brisket, BBQ sauce, mirin, Sriracha (to taste), and remaining soy sauce in now-empty section.

Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake again uncovered in hot oven until brisket is heated through and broccoli is tender, 10-12 minutes.
