If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using filets mignon or sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Cook the Pork Chops
Pat pork chops dry. Season both sides with poultry seasoning and 1/4 tsp. salt.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.Add pork to hot pan. Cook until golden-brown and chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner chop, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.While pork cooks, continue recipe. -
2 Start Zucchini and Prepare Basil
Trim zucchini ends, halve lengthwise, and cut into 1/4” half-moons.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add zucchini to hot pan. Stir occasionally until slightly browned and tender, 6-8 minutes.While zucchini cooks, stem and coarsely chop basil. -
3 Finish the Zucchini
Add minced garlic and parsley, lemon n herb seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper to hot pan. Stir often until combined and garlic is fragrant, 1-2 minutes.
Remove from burner and stir in basil until combined.While zucchini cooks, continue recipe. -
4 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine apricot preserves, mustard (to taste), lemon juice, and 1 Tbsp. salted butter.
Microwave uncovered until heated through, 15-20 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pork chop with sauce. Slice pork chop, if desired. Bon appétit!
