  1. 1

    Start the Vegetables

We recommend thoroughly washing your bok choy, as it may contain incidental grit or pests. To completely clean, place in a bowl covered with water and massage. Drain and pat dry.

In provided tray, combine bok choy and carrots. Toss with 2 tsp. olive oil and spread into an even layer.

Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.

Carefully remove from oven and stir in 1/4 tsp. salt until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

  2. 2

    Add the Chicken and Noodles

Drain chicken, pat dry, and separate pieces.

Add chicken, noodles, sambal (to taste), teriyaki glaze, and soy sauce to tray. Stir to combine and spread into an even layer.

    Cover tray with foil.

  3. 3

Prepare Cilantro and Peanuts and Finish Meal

Bake covered in hot oven until noodles and chicken are heated through, 15-20 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

While meal bakes, tear cilantro leaves.

    Coarsely crush peanuts.

To serve, top chicken noodles with sesame seeds, cilantro, and peanuts. Bon appétit!
