Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Add rice seasoning blend, carrots, and snow peas to the pan and stir until thoroughly combined.

    Add Turkey

    Break turkey into small pieces and spread evenly on top of rice mixture. Season with ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper.

    Finish The Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until peas is tender and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 25-30 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Stir in teriyaki sauce top with sweet chili sauce, peanuts and wontons. Bon appétit!
