If using ground beef, follow same instructions.

1 Bake the Fries
Cut potatoes into ¼" fries and pat dry.
Place fries on prepared baking sheet. Toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, potato spice seasoning, and a pinch of pepper. Spread in to an even layer.Bake in hot oven until golden-brown, 25-30 minutes, tossing fries halfway through.Carefully remove from oven.While fries roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Coarsely chop cilantro.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, ramen broth base, and a pinch of salt. Form meat mixture into two equally-sized patties, 5" across. -
3 Cook the Patties
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add patties to hot pan. Cook until slightly charred and patties reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.Remove from burner.While patties cook, continue recipe. -
4 Heat the Rolls
Heat rolls to your preference using a toaster or microwave.
Alternatively, place rolls directly on rack in hot oven, cut side up. Toast until lightly browned, 3-4 minutes.While rolls heat, continue recipe. -
5 Make Sauce, Assemble Slaw, and Finish Dish
In another mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, yuzu dipping sauce, and Sambal (to taste).
In another mixing bowl, combine slaw mix, cilantro, and Pan Asian dressing.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom roll with patty, sauce (to taste), and slaw, then top roll. Bon appétit!
