Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Stir sesame oil, soy sauce, and cornstarch in bottom of provided tray. Add bok choy and edamame. Stir to combine.

    Add Pork and Make Slaw

    Break pork into small pieces and place on vegetable mixture. Top with seasoning blend. If using ground beef or ground turkey, follow same instructions. Combine slaw mix and dressing in a mixing bowl. Set aside.

    Warm Tortillas and Finish the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes. If using ground beef, follow same instructions. If using ground turkey, bake uncovered in hot oven until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds. Fill tortillas with pork mixture and top with slaw. Bon appétit!
