Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine tomato, zucchini, garlic salt, and 2 tsp. olive oil in provided tray. Push to one side and top with panko and half the Parmesan.
Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry. Add chicken to empty side of tray and top evenly with a pinch of salt and pepper, cheese spread, remaining Parmesan, and shredded cheddar.
Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Garnish chicken with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
