    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine greenbeans, red peppers in provided tray. bake for 10 minutes. carefully remove from the oven and season with ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper.

    Combine ground pork, panko, ricotta, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper in a mixing bowl. Form mixture into two evenly-sized meatloaves. Place meatloaves in empty side of tray. Combine cracked plack pepper spread, 1 tsp water and half of the parmesan. mix well and top meatloaf with it. finish with remaining parm.

    Bake uncovered in hot oven, for 18-22. While meal bakes, combine remaining mayonnaise, half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish), and tomato pesto in another Carefully remove from oven.Remove green beans and stir butter into green beans. Garnish side with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
