To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Start the Spinach
Tear spinach.
Add spinach, lemon n herb seasoning, shredded cheese, 3/4 the grated cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), and cream base to provided tray.Bake uncovered in hot oven until spinach is wilted, 4-6 minutes.While spinach bakes, continue recipe. -
2 Sear and Add the Steak
Pat steaks dry. Season both sides with coarse black pepper and garlic salt.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add steaks to hot pan and cook undisturbed until browned, 2-3 minutes per side.Steaks will finish cooking in a later step.Remove from burner.After 4-6 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in pasta and push to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Transfer steaks to now-empty side of tray. -
3 Bake and Finish the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until pasta is heated through and steaks reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes.
Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove from oven. Transfer steaks to a plate and rest, 3 minutes.Stir pasta until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top steak with softened butter (to taste). Garnish pasta with remaining grated cheese. Slice steak, if desired. Bon appétit!
