Cook the Meal
Place slow cooker liner in slow cooker, if desired. If using an electric pressure cooker, fold top edges in before putting on lid.
In a clean slow cooker, combine crushed tomatoes, onion, carrot, ground turkey, demi-glace, remaining garlic salt, 1 cup water, ¼ tsp. salt, and ¼ tsp. pepper.
Turn slow cooker on to low heat. Cover, and cook until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 6-8 hours.
Cook the Pasta
After 3½ hours, bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil. Once water is boiling, add pasta and cook until al dente, 7-9 minutes.
While pasta boils, stem kale and coarsely chop and drain and rinse beans in a wire-mesh strainer.
Reserve 1 cup pasta cooking water. Drain pasta in a colander.
When 10 minutes are left for slow cooker, stir in pasta, pasta cooking water, chopped kale, and beans.
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping minestrone with Parmesan. Bon appétit!
