Before You Cook

    form the meatballs

    combine turkey, ricotta, breadcrumbs, ¼ tsp. salt. and a pinch of pepper. form into 10 ping-pong ball sized meatballs.

    cook the meatballs

    Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add meatballs to hot pan and stir occasionally until browned all over and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 12-14 minutes.

    cook the pasta

    Once water is boiling, add pasta and cook until al dente, 3-5 minutes

    finish the dish

    toss meatballs with pasta and sauce. plate as shown.
