To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine cream cheese, ¼ cup water, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray. Cream cheese will melt as meal cooks.
Stir in farro and zucchini.
Make the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, mozzarella, panko, and garlic salt. Form ground beef mixture into six evenly-sized meatballs.
Place meatballs on farro. Top meatballs with half the marinara (reserve remaining for after cooking).
If using ground turkey or ground pork, follow same instructions.
Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 22-25 minutes.
If using ground pork, follow same instructions. If using ground turkey, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 22-25 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Remove meatballs to a plate and top with remaining marinara. Stir farro-cream cheese mixture to combine. Bon appétit!
