Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil. If using whole chicken breasts, pat dry, and on a separate cutting board, cut into 1” dice. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes. If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry and stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes. If using Impossible burger, break up until burger reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes. If using shrimp, pat dry and cook until shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side. Add to rigatoni as desired.

1 Cook the Pasta
Once water is boiling, add pasta and cook until al dente, 11-13 minutes.
Remove from burner. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta cooking water. Drain pasta in a colander and set aside.While pasta cooks, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Coarsely crush crackers.In a mixing bowl, combine crackers and half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for sauce). Set aside. -
3 Cook the Broccoli
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
Add broccoli and a pinch of salt and pepper to hot pan and stir occasionally until tender, 5-7 minutes. -
4 Make the Sauce
Add cream base, 1/4 cup reserved pasta cooking water, cream cheese, garlic salt, and remaining Parmesan to hot pan. Bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, stir constantly until sauce thickens, 2-3 minutes.Add red peppers and pasta. Stir occasionally until sauce coats pasta, 30-60 seconds.If too thick, add additional pasta cooking water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.Remove from burner and stir in red pepper flakes (to taste). -
5 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pasta with Parmesan-cracker mixture. Bon appétit!
