Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    "Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 tsp. olive oil and ground pork to hot pan Break up meat until no pink remains and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees , 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle flour and asian ginger garlic seasoning over pork and stir to combine.

    Add sliced bok choy and sla mix to pork and stir to combine. Cook with Bok Choy is bright green and white parts are fork tender 5-7 min.

    Add cooked spaghetti to porka nd veg and stir to combine. Add pho sauce base, sweet chili sauce,and ¼ c water to noodles and stir to combine. Bring sauce to a simmer and remove from heat, 2-3 min.
