If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Start the Brussels Sprouts
In provided tray, combine Brussels sprouts, 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into an even layer.
Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.While Brussels sprouts bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Chicken
Coarsely crush walnuts in shipping bag.
In a mixing bowl, combine pesto, half the minced garlic and parsley (reserve remaining for Brussels sprouts), 1 tsp. olive oil, walnuts, and a pinch of salt and pepper.Pat chicken dry and season both sides with garlic salt and a pinch of pepper.After 15 minutes, carefully remove Brussels sprouts from oven. Stir in remaining minced garlic and parsley, a pinch of salt, and bacon until combined. Push to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Place chicken in now-empty side of tray and evenly top with pesto mixture. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until Brussels sprouts are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove from oven.To serve, top Brussels sprouts with cheese. Bon appétit!
