Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Bake The Dish

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Combine corn, pulled pork, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray. Bake in a hot oven until heated through, 10-12 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven and drizzle on buffalo sauce (to taste).

    Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.

    Fill tortillas with pork mixture and top with slaw, dressing, cheese, and crispy onions. Bon appétit!
