Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    PREPARE THE INGREDIENTS

    place bacon on paper towel lined plate and microwave for 20-30 seconds until crispy. Pat chicken breasts dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper in a smal bowl combine mayo and crispy bacon peices, reserve for later use. place thicken in between two pieces of parchment paper and lightlightly pound until ½" thick.

    Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken breasts to hot pan, and cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side. spread bacon aioli over chicken and top wth cheddar. remove from heat and cover with lid to allow cheese to melt. toast buns in hot pan.

    in a medium bowl combine slaw mix, ranch and a pinch of salt and pepper. mix well.
