Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Spray grill with cooking spray and heat grill to medium heat. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Place corn, diced jalapeño, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1 tsp. olive oil in provided grill bag. Roll open end of bag to seal and gently shake to mix.Form ground beef and bacon into two patties, about 4" in diameter. Season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper and drizzle with 1/2 tsp. olive oil. -
2 Grill the Meal
Place grill bag on hot grill and cook until jalapeños are tender, 8-10 minutes .
While grill bag cooks, place patties on hot grill. Grill until browned and patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 3-4 minutes per side.Place buns on grill, cut-side down, and toast, 30-60 seconds. -
3 Finish the Dish
Carefully, open grill bag and scoop out vegetables.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, placing burger on bottom bun and topping with cheese, BBQ sauce, and top bun. Bon appétit! -
4 For a Rainy Day...
If cooking indoors, thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Form ground beef and bacon into two patties, about 4" in diameter. Season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper and drizzle with 1/2 tsp. olive oil. Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add patties to hot pan. Cook until lightly charred and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side. While patties cook, place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add corn, diced jalapeño, and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan and stir occasionally until softened and heated through, 2-3 minutes. Remove from burner. Follow same plating instructions as grilling.
