Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Remove Italian sausage from casing, if necessary. Crumble sausage into smaller pieces and add to tray. Add gnocchi to tray and mix to combine.

    Add the Sauce

    Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Add spinach, pesto, and marinara to tray and stir to combine. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Bake the Meal

    Bake again uncovered in hot oven until sausage reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-8 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and stir to combine. Bon appetit!
