Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

    Prepare the Green Beans

    Trim green beans, if necessary.

    In a microwave-safe bowl, combine green beans and 2 Tbsp. water. Cover with a damp paper towel.

    Microwave covered until slightly tender, 4-6 minutes.

    Carefully remove from microwave and drain any excess liquid.

    Place green beans in provided tray and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic pepper, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Push to one side of tray.

    Add Pork Medallions and Bake Meal

    Pat pork medallions dry. Season all over with rotisserie chicken seasoning and a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Place pork in empty side of tray and evenly top with 1 tsp. olive oil.

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until green beans are tender and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 14-16 minutes.

    Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner medallion, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

    Carefully remove from oven. Rest, 3 minutes.

    While meal bakes, continue recipe.

    Make Sauce and Finish Meal

    In another microwave-safe bowl, combine balsamic glaze and fig preserves.

    Microwave uncovered until heated through, 30-60 seconds.

    Carefully remove from microwave. Stir in 1/2 Tbsp. softened salted butter and a pinch of salt until combined.

    To serve, top pork with sauce and garnish green beans with cheese and almonds. Bon appétit!
