    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Combine rice, peas, onion, crushed tomatoes, 2 Tbsp. water, and seasoned salt in bottom of provided tray. Push to one side of tray and top evenly with half the mozzarella (reserve remaining for garnishing).

    Add Salmon and Butter

    Place salmon on empty side of tray and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Top each salmon fillet with a butter pat.

    Bake the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 20-22 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and top salmon with pesto and remaining mozzarella. Bon appétit!
