If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

1 Start the Peppers
Spray provided tray with cooking spray.
Place mixed peppers in prepared tray and toss with 1 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.While peppers bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add Steak Strips and Finish Peppers
Pat steak strips dry. Coarsely chop, then separate pieces.
After 15 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven.Add steak strips, barbecue seasoning (use less if spice-averse), and garlic salt to tray. Stir to combine and spread steak strip mixture into an even layer. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in BBQ sauce and bacon until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Bake again uncovered in hot oven until steak strips reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Rest, 3 minutes.While steak strip mixture bakes, continue recipe. -
3 Heat Tortillas, Assemble Slaw, and Finish Meal
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel. If tortillas come folded, keep folded.
Microwave until heated through, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave.In a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix and dressing.To serve, fill tortillas with steak strip mixture (to taste), slaw, and cheese. Bon appétit!
