Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Microwave Instructions

    Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Halve lime and juice. Drain beef and separate slices. Although tenderloin will be pink upon arrival, it has been pre-cooked and simply needs to be heated through.

    In provided tray, combine beef and BBQ sauce.

    Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until heated through, 3-5 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave. Place mangoes in a mixing bowl and slightly smash. Add cabbage, 2 tsp. lime juice, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of pepper. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.

    Stem cilantro, keeping leaves whole.

    Place tortillas on a clean work surface. Fill with beef and slaw. Wipe bowl clean and reserve.

    In slaw bowl, combine Sriracha (to taste), mayonnaise, and 1 tsp. water.

    To serve, top slaw with Sriracha-mayonnaise, cilantro, and crispy onions. Bon appétit!

    Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Halve lime and juice. Drain beef and separate slices. Although tenderloin will be pink upon arrival, it has been pre-cooked and simply needs to be heated through.

    In provided tray, combine beef and BBQ sauce.

    Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven until heated through, 13-15 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Place mangoes in a mixing bowl and slightly smash. Add cabbage, 2 tsp. lime juice, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of pepper. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.
