1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Halve lime and juice. Drain beef and separate slices. Although tenderloin will be pink upon arrival, it has been pre-cooked and simply needs to be heated through.
In provided tray, combine beef and BBQ sauce.Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until heated through, 3-5 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Place mangoes in a mixing bowl and slightly smash. Add cabbage, 2 tsp. lime juice, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of pepper. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.Stem cilantro, keeping leaves whole.Place tortillas on a clean work surface. Fill with beef and slaw. Wipe bowl clean and reserve.In slaw bowl, combine Sriracha (to taste), mayonnaise, and 1 tsp. water.To serve, top slaw with Sriracha-mayonnaise, cilantro, and crispy onions. Bon appétit! -
