Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Grill The Ingredients

    Place green beans, red onions, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tablespoon water and BBQ seasoning in the grill bag. Toss to combine.

    Place bag on grill and cook for 20 minutes or until green beans are tender.

    Combine ranch and apple cider vinegar in the slaw bag and toss all ingredients together. Set aside.

    Season pork chops with tsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper. Grill on one side for 5-7 minutes. Flip, top with crispy onions and cheddar cheese and continue to cook until pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of145 degrees, 5-7 minutes more.
