Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Bake The Meal

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Combine pulled pork, 2 tablespoons water, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray and push to one side. Add potatoes to empty side of tray. Bake in a hot oven until pork and potatoes are heated through, 12-14 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Assemble sandwiches by placing pork mixture on bottom bun. Drizzle with ranch, bbq sauce, and top with pickles and top bun. Bon appétit!

    Microwave: follow same steps. Microwave for 3-5 minutes.
