Can delicious gyro flavors be confined to a handheld sandwich? Hardly. We've got the meaty good flavor here, topped with tomatoes and tzatziki, but in ball form. And if that isn't enough to sell you, there's some green beans tossed in butter. Great flavors can't be confined.

Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using 20 oz. ground beef, follow same instructions as 10 oz. ground beef, forming 12 meatballs instead of 6 and cooking in batches, if necessary.

If using ground turkey, follow same instructions as ground beef in Steps 3 and 4, rolling occasionally until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 11-13 minutes.

If using ground pork, follow same instructions as ground beef in Steps 3 and 4, rolling occasionally until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 10-12 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as ground beef in Steps 3 and 4, rolling occasionally until heated through, 8-10 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim ends off green beans.
Core tomato and cut into 1/2" dice.Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until melted, 30-60 seconds. -
2 Roast the Green Beans
Place green beans on prepared baking sheet. Toss with 1 tsp. olive oil, piri piri seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.
Spread green beans into a single layer and roast in hot oven until beans are tender but still crisp, 11-15 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Pour melted butter over green beans and toss or gently stir to coat. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.While green beans roast, continue recipe. -
3 Form the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine panko, 1 Tbsp. water, and a pinch of salt. Let sit, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add ground beef, buttermilk-dill seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Form into six equally-sized meatballs. -
4 Cook the Meatballs
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add meatballs to hot pan. Roll occasionally until browned all over and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 10-14 minutes. Remove from burner.While meatballs cook, make tomato topping. -
5 Make Tomato Topping and Finish Dish
In another mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatballs with tzatziki dip, tomato topping, and cheese. Bon appétit!
