Cooking Guidelines

Stem, seed, remove ribs, and cut green bell pepper into 1" slices
Core tomato and cut into 1/2" diceMince garlic. -
2 form beef patties
Thoroughly combine ground beef ground beef, chimichurri seasoning, minced garlic, a pinch of salt and pinch of pepper in a mixing bowl Form ground beef mixture into two equally-sized ovals.

3 cook beef patties
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp oil. Add patties to hot pan. Cook until lightly charred and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate, no need to wip pan clean.

4 cook peppers and tomatoes
Place the meatloaf non stick pan over medium high heat and add 2 tsp olive oil. Add peppers and stir often until tender and edges are turning brown, 5-8min. Add tomatoes to pan and stir continuously till they've released their juices. Season with **garlic salt and pinch of pepper. If dry add up to 3 Tbsp water. Cover and simmer till peppers are soft and tomatoes have cooked down, 5-8 min. Remove from heat.

5 heat naan, finish gyros
Place large non stick pan over medium low heat. Add mini naan 2 at a time to hot pan until lightly brown and warmed through. Flip and repeat with other sides and remaining naan. In a mixing bowl combine cucumber tzatziki and 1 Tbsp water. Stir till smooth. Slice up meat patties into 4 equal pieces each. Build gyros topping meat patties with peppers and tomatoes. Top with cucumber tzatziki . Bon Appetit!
