If using ground beef, add to a medium non-stick pan over medium heat. Break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using ground turkey, add to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

1 Start the Vegetables
In provided tray, combine onions, carrots, a pinch of salt and pepper, and 2 tsp. olive oil. Spread into an even layer.
Bake uncovered in hot oven until slightly tender, 17-22 minutes.While vegetables bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Mashed Potatoes
Place mashed potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl and vigorously stir to combine. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.
Carefully remove from microwave and stir in softened cream cheese and a pinch of salt until combined.Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in lentils, Bolognese sauce, poultry seasoning, and softened butter until combined. Spread into a single layer. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Butter will melt as meal bakes.Evenly top vegetable mixture with mashed potatoes, then shredded cheese. -
3 Finish the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until sauce is bubbling and cheese is melted, 10-15 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Bon appétit!
