    Make the Wrap

    Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry. Microwave steak strips until warm, 1-2 minutes. Toss steak with seasoning blend. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave, 30 seconds. Coarsely chop or tear romaine. Toss romaine with ranch dressing and blue cheese. Place tortillas on a clean work surface. Top tortillas with romaine, steak, and potato sticks. Fold sides of tortilla toward center, then roll bottom edge towards the top, enclosing sides tightly. Bon appétit!
