  1. 1

    Roast the Fries

Cut potatoes into 1/4"-thick fries and pat dry.

Place fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread into a single layer.

Roast in hot oven until lightly browned, 25-30 minutes, tossing once halfway through.

Carefully remove baking sheet from oven. Add Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (to taste) and gently toss to combine. Fries will be hot! Use a utensil.

    While fries roast, continue recipe.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Ingredients

Coarsely chop cilantro (no need to stem).

In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, half the sesame oil (remaining is yours to use as you please!), cilantro, and a pinch of pepper. Set aside.

Form ground beef into two evenly-sized patties, about 5" in diameter. Season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Cook the Bacon

Place a small non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add bacon to hot, dry pan. Stir occasionally until bacon is crispy, 2-3 minutes.

Reduce heat to low. Add teriyaki glaze and stir constantly until thickened, 30-60 seconds.

Remove from burner. Transfer to another mixing bowl. Set aside.

  4. 4

    Toast the Buns

Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add buns to hot, dry pan and toast until browned, 1-3 minutes.

Transfer to a plate. Keep pan over medium-high heat.

  5. 5

    Cook Patties and Finish Dish

Spray pan with cooking spray and add patties to hot pan. Cook until lightly charred and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.

    Remove from burner.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom bun with boom boom sauce (to taste), patty, bacon mixture, slaw, and top bun. Bon appétit!
