  1. 1

    Prepare the French Toast

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a mixing bowl, whisk together half the liquid eggs, cinnamon to taste, vanilla extract, 1 Tbsp. water, and a pinch of salt. Dip each slice of bread into mixture, ensuring each side is coated. Warm 1 tsp. olive oil in a medium pan over medium heat. Cook battered bread slices for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

Arrange bacon slices on the unlined baking sheet. Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes, or until desired doneness and crispiness is achieved. Remove from oven. Place bacon slices on a paper towel-lined plate to soak up any additional grease. Once cooled, cut each slice of bacon in half, for a total of 12 pieces.

  3. 3

    Melt the Cheese

Line baking sheet you used to cook the bacon with foil. Place 4 slices of French toast on the prepared baking sheet. Top each piece of French toast with a slice of cheese. Bake in oven for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and French toast is slightly crisp.

  4. 4

    Cook the Egg

In the same pan you prepared the French toast, warm 1 tsp. olive oil over medium heat and add the remaining liquid eggs and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir eggs continuously until they are firm and no liquid remains, about 6 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.

  5. 5

    Plate the Dish

On a plate, layer 1 slice of French toast and add 3 pieces of bacon. Add 1 slice of French toast with cheese and layer on another 3 pieces of bacon. Top with scrambled eggs and final piece of French toast. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, garnish with fresh parsley, and pair with maple syrup for dipping.
