Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Build the Casserole
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Pat diced chicken dry.Combine potatoes, broccoli, and diced chicken in provided tray. -
Bake the Casserole
Top casserole with 2 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of pepper, then cheese.
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20 minutes. RANGE ME! -
Finish the Dish
Carefully remove from oven. Drizzle with cheese sauce and rest, 3 minutes.
While casserole rest, stem parsley, reserving leaves whole. Top with crispy onions and parsley. Bon appétit!
