Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using antibiotic free chicken, follow same instructions.

1 Start the Broccoli
Place broccoli in provided tray and gently toss with 1 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread into an even layer. Cover tray with foil.
Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir onion jam, cheese, mushroom seasoning, a pinch of salt, and 2/3 the creme fraiche (reserve remaining for sauce) into broccoli. Push to one side of tray. -
2 Add Chicken and Bake Meal
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with 1 tsp. olive oil, rotisserie chicken seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Place chicken in empty side of tray.
Bake uncovered in hot oven until broccoli is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.While broccoli and chicken bake, continue recipe. -
3 Heat Butter Sauce and Finish Meal
Place plain butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until beginning to brown, 30-60 seconds.
If butter has not browned after 30-60 seconds, microwave in 10 second intervals until browned.Carefully remove from microwave and let rest, 2 minutes. Stir in 1/4 tsp. mustard (to taste) and remaining creme fraiche.To serve, top chicken with butter sauce and crispy onions. Bon appétit!
