To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using ground beef, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

If using ground turkey, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 22-25 minutes.

1 Form the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine panko and 2 Tbsp. water. Let sit, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add ground pork, mayonnaise, chimichurri seasoning, garlic salt, and half the buttermilk-dill seasoning (reserve remaining for crema). Stir until thoroughly combined.Form meat mixture into 8 equally-sized meatballs.Place meatballs in provided tray and evenly top with 1 tsp. olive oil. -
2 Bake the Meatballs
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.While meatballs bake, continue recipe. -
3 Heat Flatbreads, Make Crema, and Finish Meal
Wrap flatbreads in foil and place directly on oven rack.
Bake in hot oven until heated through, 5-7 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Transfer flatbreads to a clean, flat work surface and evenly spread with softened butter. Flatbreads will be hot! Use a utensil.While flatbreads bake, in another mixing bowl, combine sour cream, remaining buttermilk-dill seasoning, and 1 tsp. water.To serve, fill flatbreads with meatballs and spring mix. Garnish with feta and crema. Bon appétit!
