Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Start the Butternut Squash
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
Place butternut squash, 1 tsp. olive oil, minced garlic and parsley, and 1/4 tsp. salt in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until tender, 4-6 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Drain excess liquid. -
2 Add the Pasta and Sauce
In provided tray, combine butternut squash, cream base, pasta, 3/4 the garlic salt (remaining is yours to use as you please!), red peppers, 2 Tbsp. water, and half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish). Cover tray with foil.

3 Bake Meal and Toast Ciabatta
Bake covered in hot oven until sauce is hot and bubbling, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, halve ciabatta, if necessary. Place ciabatta, cut-side up, directly on oven rack and bake in hot oven until toasted and browned, 4-6 minutes.Carefully remove tray and ciabatta from oven. Stir pasta to combine. Spread butter on ciabatta. Halve diagonally, if desired.To serve, top pasta with remaining cheese. Bon appétit!
