Prepare The Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Add mash and cheddar to pan and stir to combine. Add 2 tsp olive oil, peas, and a pinch of salt and pepper to provided tray. Push to both to one side.
Add chicken to empty side of tray and top evenly with caramelized onions.
Make The Sauce and Finish The Dish
Add demi, seasoning blend, cornstarch, and 3 Tbsp water to a microwave safe bowl until completely combined. Microwave on high for 10-15 seconds. Carefully remove from microwave and stir in butter until completely combined.
"Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
