1 Prepare The Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Add mash and cheddar to pan and stir to combine. Add 2 tsp olive oil, peas, and a pinch of salt and pepper to provided tray. Push to both to one side.

2 Add Chicken
Add chicken to empty side of tray and top evenly with caramelized onions.

3 Make The Sauce and Finish The Dish
Add demi, seasoning blend, cornstarch, and 3 Tbsp water to a microwave safe bowl until completely combined. Microwave on high for 10-15 seconds. Carefully remove from microwave and stir in butter until completely combined. "Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Bon appétit!"
