1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Halve lime. Stem cilantro, reserving whole leaves. Drain pulled pork and separate pieces.
In one provided tray, combine pulled pork, taco seasoning, mirepoix base, and 2 Tbsp. water.Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until pulled pork is heated through, 3-5 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir to combine and set aside covered.Add corn and 1 tsp. water to second provided tray. Microwave uncovered until corn is heated through, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir dressing (to taste) into corn. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.To serve, fill tortillas with pork mixture, then corn mixture. Squeeze lime halves over tacos to taste and garnish with cheese, cilantro, and crispy jalapeños (to taste). Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Halve lime. Stem cilantro, reserving whole leaves. Drain pulled pork and separate pieces.
In one provided tray, combine pulled pork, taco seasoning, mirepoix base, and 2 Tbsp. water. Cover tray with foil.Add corn and 1 tsp. water to other provided tray. Place both trays on a baking sheet.Bake pork tray (covered) and corn tray (uncovered) in hot oven until heated through, 12-15 minutes.Carefully remove both trays from oven. Stir each to combine. Stir dressing (to taste) into corn.Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.To serve, fill tortillas with pork mixture, then corn mixture. Squeeze lime halves over tacos to taste and garnish with cheese, cilantro, and crispy jalapeños (to taste). Bon appétit!
