Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Combine potatoes, 1 tsp. olive oil, seasoning blend, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Spread into a single layer.

    Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.

    Add the Pork

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Push potatoes to one side and top with cheese. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Add pulled pork and half the BBQ sauce (reserve remaining for garnish) to empty side of tray. Stir to combine.

    Bake the Meal

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until pork is heated through and potatoes are tender, 15-17 minutes.

    While meal bakes, combine slaw mix and dressing (to taste) in a mixing bowl.

    When meal has 5 minutes left to cook, place buns directly on oven rack, cut side down, and bake until golden brown, 2-3 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray and buns from oven and stir remaining BBQ sauce into pork. Spread mayonnaise on bottom bun and top with pulled pork, slaw, and top bun. Bon appétit!
