If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Line a microwave-safe plate with a paper towel. Place bacon on towel-lined plate and spread into an even layer.
Microwave until crispy, 1-2 minutes.While bacon microwaves, trim green beans, if necessary.Pat chicken dry and season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning. -
2 Cook the Chicken
Place a medium oven-safe non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add chicken to hot pan. Cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner.While chicken cooks, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Green Beans
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add green beans and garlic and parsley seasoning to hot pan. Cook, 1 minute.After 1 minute, add 1/4 cup water, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Cover, and cook until tender, 6-8 minutes.If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water, cover, and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.Remove from burner. Stir in softened butter until melted and combined. -
4 Broil Chicken and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine bacon, pesto, softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, and a pinch of pepper.
Evenly top chicken with cream cheese mixture.Broil chicken under hot broiler until cream cheese mixture is bubbling and browned, 1-2 minutes.Don't text and broil! Keep an eye on oven as cream cheese mixture may burn easily under broiler.Carefully remove from oven. Pan handle will be hot! Use an oven mitt.Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
