Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Make the Meal
If using microwave: Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Place poblano in provided tray and microwave uncovered, 3 minutes. Remove from microwave. Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Tear a small slit in an upper corner of bag to vent. Place upright in microwave and heat, 45 seconds. Remove rice from packaging. Place rice, chicken, seasoning blend, and a pinch of salt in tray and stir to combine. Stir in cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and 1 Tbsp. water. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until warmed through 3-4 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave and stir to combine. Garnish with tortilla strips. Bon appétit!
If using oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Place poblano in provided tray and place on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes. Remove tray from oven. Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Tear a small slit in an upper corner of bag to vent. Place upright in microwave and heat, 45 seconds. Remove rice from packaging. Place rice, chicken, seasoning blend, and a pinch of salt in tray and stir to combine. Stir in cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and 1 Tbsp. water. Place tray on baking sheet again and bake uncovered until warmed through 8-10 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven and stir to combine. Garnish with tortilla strips. Bon appétit!
