Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Prepare The Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if needed. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly combine pork, half the cheese, ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper in bottom of provided tray. Divide into 6 equal-sized pieces and roll into meatballs. Place meatballs around border of provided tray.

2 Assemble The Dish
Add rice, fajita mix, and fajita seasoning to center of tray. Thoroughly combine, then spread into a single layer. Sprinkle remaining cheese all over.

3 Bake The Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-20 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and let cool slightly, 5 minutes. Top rice mixture with banana peppers. Bon appétit!
