To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Add potatoes, BBQ seasoning, 1 tsp olive oil, ¼ tsp salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Push to one side. Add poblanos to empty side of tray. Bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes.

    Add Sauce

    Carefully remove pan from oven. Add steak strips and garlic salt and stir to combine.

    Finish The Dish

    Continue to bake until potatoes are tender and steak strips are no longer pink, 18-20 minutes. Carefully remove pan from oven and stir cheese sauce into steak strips. Top with ranch and serve with butter rolls. Bon appétit!"
