You Will Need
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Ground Pork 160° F
Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Remove mirepoix blend from packaging and place in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, 2 minutes.
Transfer mirepoix blend to provided tray. Add demi-glace, cream cheese, peas, ½ cup water, and a pinch of pepper. Stir to combine.
Add Chicken and Biscuit Topping
In a mixing bowl, combine biscuit mix, ⅔ the cheddar (reserve remaining for garnish), ½ cup water, and a pinch of pepper.
Pat chicken dry.
Top vegetable mixture with chicken and a pinch of pepper. Spread biscuit topping evenly over chicken. Don't worry if entire tray isn't covered. Top with remaining cheddar.
Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until biscuit topping is golden brown and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 24-28 minutes.
