If using antibiotic free chicken, follow same instructions.

If using filets mignon, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Cook the Chicken
Summertime, and the grilling is easy! To grill these chicken breasts, heat grill to medium. Follow same instructions, grilling until browned and chicken reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning and a pinch of salt and pepper.Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken to hot pan. Cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.Remove from burner.While chicken cooks, continue recipe. -
2 Cook the Pasta
Place another medium non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add pasta, marinara, butter (to taste), garlic and parsley seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, and 3 Tbsp. water to hot pan. Stir often until combined and pasta is heated through, 3-4 minutes.Remove from burner.While pasta cooks, continue recipe. -
3 Prepare the Ingredients
Hold romaine heart at root end and chop coarsely.
Halve tomatoes. If you receive one whole tomato instead, not to worry; simply core tomato, cut into 1/2" dice, and proceed with recipe instructions. -
4 Assemble Salad and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine romaine, dressing, tomatoes, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pasta with cheese and chicken. Slice chicken, if desired. Garnish salad with croutons. Bon appétit!
