Make the Dish
If using microwave: Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine poblanos (to taste), corn, potatoes, and seasoning blend (to taste) in provided tray. Top with 2 tsp. olive oil and 2 Tbsp. water. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until warmed through and tender, 5-8 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. In a mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, cream sauce base, chicken base, and 1 cup water. Drain chicken and pat dry. Add cornstarch-cream mixture and chicken to tray and stir to combine. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave until chowder thickens and is heated through, 3-5 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Garnish with cheese. Bon appétit!
If using oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine poblanos (to taste), corn, potatoes, seasoning blend, and 2 tsp. olive oil in provided tray. Place tray on baking sheet. Bake uncovered in hot oven until tender, 10-12 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. In a mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, cream sauce base, chicken base, and 1 cup water. Drain chicken and pat dry. Add cornstarch-cream mixture and chicken to tray and stir to combine. Bake again uncovered in hot oven until chowder thickens and is heated through, 12-15 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and stir to combine. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Garnish with cheese. Bon appétit!
