Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Tear or cut cheese into 12 pieces. Slice tomatoes into 6 evenly sized slices. Pat chicken dry and season with seasoning blend. Mince garlic. Cut up broccoli into bite sized pieces.
Place tomatoes on sheet pan with 3 tsp olive oil and ½ of garlic. Massage and then shingle with cheese in two rows on one half of pan. Top with panko and drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil.
Roast tomatoes and broccoli
Place broccoli on other half of pan and drizzle with 2 tsp olive oil, pinch of pepper and ¼ tsp salt. Roast in hot oven 15-18 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Cheese will melt and spread on the sheet pan. This is expected.

Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken breasts to hot pan, and cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken to a plate and tent with foil. Remove from burner.
