Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Cut mushrooms into 1/4" slices.
Trim and thinly slice green onions, keeping white and green portions separate.Pat chicken thighs dry. -
2 Start the Meal
Place slow cooker liner in slow cooker, if desired. Fold top edges in before putting on lid.
Add mushrooms and white portions of green onions to a clean slow cooker. Top with demi-glace, seasoned salt, pearl onions, and chicken. Season with 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Top with 1/3 cup water.Turn slow cooker on to low heat. Cover, and cook until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 4-5 hours. -
3 Boil the Noodles
After meal cooks, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Once boiling, add noodles and cook until al dente, 6-8 minutes.Drain in a colander and set aside. -
4 Finish the Dish
Stir cream cheese into slow cooker until combined. Stir in noodles and Parmesan.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
